We try to respond to all inquiries within 3-5 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Furniture and accessories in stock are usually shipped within two (2) to three (3) days from date order and payment was received. Orders for items not in stock can take up to eight (8) weeks from date of order or more. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and zip code.

We offer several methods of shipping:
UPS Standard: Shipping by UPS ground carrier usually takes 5-7 business days to receive once the order is filled and shipped.

UPS 2nd Day: Shipping takes two days to receive once the order is filled and shipped.

UPS Overnight: Shipping takes one day to receive once the order is filled and shipped.

Conway Residential Delivery: trucking to your home, for larger heavier items or large orders.

Conway Express, Business: trucking to your business. If you have a liftgate, use this.

When you place an order with Room Magic, you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation containing your Order Number. You can use this Order Number if you email our Customer Service Department.

If you would like to ship products to two different addresses, please place two separate orders. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

RETURNS POLICY

Defective items: In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. Please describe in detail the defect. We will replace the item, (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Damages: As a courtesy to our customers, we ask that you do not sign for any shipment until you have inspected it carefully for damages. Especially if the box is dented, please check the contents before signing the receipt. Freight carriers industry-wide will only take responsibility for damaged shipments that are NOT signed for by the customer. If the customer discovers the damage after signing the receipt, there is no recourse with the carrier to refund the damaged goods. If upon inspection the product you dicsover it has been damaged in transit by the freight carrier, please do not sign the receipt, and refuse the shipment. If the carrier left the shipment damaged and you did not sign a receipt, email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, photos of the damage and describe the damage in detail. We will help you file a damage claim with the freight carrier. Once they process the claim and approve the refund, Room Magic will replace the damaged item.

Room Magic is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.

Information Collection and Use
Room Magic is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Room Magic collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

Registration for Log-In
In order to use certain conveniences of this website (such as order form shortcuts and email promotion sign-up), a user must first complete the registration form and, thereby, become a registered customer. During registration, a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Order
We request information from the user on our Billing and Shipping forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. The cookie does not store personally identifiable information such as credit card information or the user's name. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie becomes dormant until the user's next visit to the site, at which time it assists the user. For instance, the cookie avoids the need for a user to log in a password with each visit, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site.

Log Files
We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. An IP addresses only indicates the geographic location of your Internet Service Provider, and doesn't identify the user, or provide any means for contacting the user.

Sharing
We use a partner shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

This website takes precautions to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line as follows:

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the quality encryption software that is used throughout the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. In addition, our site is certified by Thawte.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees and consultants who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk, a customer service representative, attorney or financial service provider) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

We reserve the right without notice to provide any or all information provided by or gathered regarding a user in any manner that may be required by law by or under the authority of any governmental authority that reasonably appears to assert jurisdiction, or as may be reasonable for public policy reasons.
